I absolutely loved my time with Betty. She was professional, efficient, and helped me sort through everything I had hoped to get through and more. I highly recommend her for any and all sorting, organizing, and decluttering projects. Betty provided a very professional, relaxed, logical, nonjudgmental, and safe atmosphere. This let me focus on how to sort through my mountains of paper work. She never made me feel bad about how I got there, just how ideas on how to fix and sort it. She then helped me with it all and set me up to succeeded when she wasn’t. Working with Betty was absolutely wonderful! If you've ever considered hiring a professional organizer or you're feeling lost about how to control the chaos in your space, working with Betty was the best decision you can make. I was overwhelmed with the amount of things I needed to find a "home" for so it all just piled up. I was stressed out and embarrassed that it had gotten so out of control. There was no judgement, tons of helpful advice on how to organize and to maintain it going forward, and genuinely good conversation while we worked as a team to accomplish my goals. We had a great experience with Betty and her assistant. We worked on the kitchen and rearranged things to make it more user-friendly. It was important to have a different set of eyes to look at our trouble areas and re-imagine the storage space in the kitchen cabinets as a whole. Betty is a knowledgeable and excellent at what she does.  She not only helped me to organize my home, she helped me to think differently when it came to packing. Very insightful methods.  I never imagined my basement could look so good. Betty is organized, caring and professional.  I plan to work with Betty again. I was in an ocean of papers in my bedroom. I had papers everywhere on the bed ( in chaotic piles of paper) and the floor. I need someone to help me. I decided to look for an organizer locally. I needed to regain control of my bedroom. Mrs. Betty services was the best and I am going to be using her services again in March for another area of concern. I had the pleasure of working with Betty over a 6-month period in preparation for a move to a home with less storage space. One of my goals was to reduce the number of items we brought to the new home.  Betty did a wonderful job of helping me eliminate things that I no longer needed. She asked good questions and was patient when I wasn’t ready to let go of some items. Being able to hold on to these items until I was ready to release them really helped me accomplish the reduction goal in a way that made me comfortable. Best of all was her connection with a social worker. Betty took all the items I no longer needed to the social worker who could offer them to others who could use them. In one case, Betty sent me a photo and a comment from a person who received one of my items. It was a joy to see something I no longer needed going to good use. Not having to figure out where to donate the many things I released was a true gift and benefit of working with Betty. She has a relaxed demeanor, which is helpful given the stressful nature of moving. I really appreciated her collaborative approach, especially when it came to decision-making and helping me pack. I am grateful to have found Betty and to have worked with her over the last six months to right-size and pack up my home. My stress was significantly reduced through my work with her, and it was worth every penny! She is knowledgeable, skilled, and effective. What may be of greater importance is her kindness, thoughtfulness, and helpfulness.
